Cooking competition

I went to Ho Man Tin Restaurant to have cooking competition. I cooked chicken fillet and carrot. I cooked nice food. I had a Buffet at Ho Man Tin Restaurant. I was good at cooking competition. I ate a lot of food at Ho Man Tin Restaurant.

My Birthday

I went to Ruby's Tuesday for lunch today. I bought a pair of jeans at Baleno. I celebrate my birthday today. I ate my cake at Aunite Judy's House. I went to club house for dinner at Japan Restaurant. I had a nice meal at club house.

Nong Ping 360

Today I went out with Richard and Robert. They are from England. I went on a cable car to Ngong Ping. I had a dessert with walnut soup at Ngong Ping. At Ngong Ping I saw a picture of minibus and building. I saw the people drinking tea at Ngong Ping. I had lunch at a restaurant at Ngong Ping. I ate spring rolls and vegetables and rice for lunch.

DU

I know about new friends at DU. I know how to cooked lunch at DU. I did some drawing pictures at DU. Pinky Tech me weekness and strength at DU. I did some colouring pictures at DU. I know how to cooked rice at DU. At DU I know Lonely and Cryus. I ate fruit jelly at DU after lunch. I know Belvin and Vicky and Jade and Chi wah at DU. I help chi wah to do some work at DU. I help Belvin to go to the toliet.

Cooking competition

I had a cooking competition in Wong Tai Sin. I came 3rd. I had fun at cooking comptition. I cook an egg and ham and pepper and onion. At Wong Tai Sin I took MTR Home. I am going to enter the 2nd round. I hope I can Win.

DU

I will learn about office assistance with Mavis and Lonely on Monday. I will learn math with Julia and Mavis on Friday. I will go on field trips with Lonely and Cyrus on Thursday. I will cook lunch by my self at DU.

I will learn about Map of central with Cyrus and Julia on Wednesday. Mr Lam will teach me how to play the guitar.

I think I will like DU.

Walkathon in Tin Shui Wai

Last Sunday I took Dad's car to Tin Shui Wai. I had fun at walkathon at Tin Shui Wai. I walked around the road at Tin shui wai. I walked with mum, gareth, uncle peter, Auntie Shirley, Auntie Esther, and uncle albert.

The walkathon was run in support of dr. fernando cheung. He raised $40000.

Cooking Lesson

On Sunday I cooked Spaghetti at wong tai sin. I baked some chicken in the oven for 15 mins. I cut some tomatoes in the spaghetti. I enjoy my cooking lesson.

On sunday night I went to my aunties place and cooked fried eggs with mince pork and preserved vegatable and I added onion. I also cooked Mushroom and ham in mushroom sauce. They were happy to eat my dinner.

On Monday I cooked spaghetti for my mum. My Mum is very happy.

East Asia Regional Swimming Competition (Special Olympics)

I had a good East Asian Regional Swimming Competition. I got a gold medal for 50-meter back stroke. I also got a sliver medal for 100-meter back stroke. My time for 50-meter back stroke was 32:39. My time for 100-meter back stroke was 1:09:26. I had a lunch box with rice and pork chop and Lemon Tea. I had a fun day at the swimming gala at Shing Mun Valley.

Taiwan

I took a Dragon Air Plane to Taipei. I took sunflower bus to 101 plaza. In Taiwan I had a hot pot at the buffet. I slept at the brother hotel at one night. On Sunday I went to see movies. I ate breakfast at hotel. I ate boiled egg at the hotel. I had fun at Taiwan. I had lunch at shanghai restaurant. I ate dinner at the steaks house restaurant. On Monday I went to drink green tea and yakult. On Tuesday I went to Leofoo village theme park. I played the Mine Train and the 4D Motion Movie.

I had a nice day at Chinatrust Hotel. I slept with my Mum and Dad and Gareth.
